1988年，中国科学院为了组织参与国家“七五计划”重大攻关项目，以中科院计算技术研究所为核心，联合北京市政府共同组建了北京振兴计算机联合公司。公司首任董事长由当时任中科院秘书长的胡启恒担任，首任总经理为时任北京市计算机工业总公司的负责人周慎培。2001年3月，经中国科学院批准，公司成功地进行了股份制改造，并更名为北京中科振兴信息技术有限公司。Founded by the Chinese Academy of Science and the Government of Beijing in 1988.The ZKZX Co.,Ltd is successful since then on the R&D of computer,network and internet,multi-media technology.ZKZX is growing up toghter with his users.ZKZX can fulfil the wishing for management and operating of either the leaders or employees of users for their IT appication.
